“B” is for Brushes: Brushes can save you time and product, simple as. My brush collection is growing at the moment as I gave in the hype about the real techniques brushes, I got two sets out of the money I got from my mam for Christmas. I got the starter pack, the core collection and the stippling brush which comes on it own. I have to say I do love them and think I have to get more. The only thing is they are allot smaller then they looked when I seen people using them on You Tube, maybe i just have a big face? I don’t no.

 Here a picture of all the brushes I own. They inclued the real techniques, NYX, Jemma Kidd, E.L.F and Ecotools. I swap and chosse which ones I use on a daily basis, which ever one is clean I'll use.

Pretty simple nails......

Painted my nails today. Purple is defiantly my fave colour to paint my nails.

I used Catrice Cosmetics-Ultimate nail lacquer in 130-Lucky in lilac. I used beauty secrets base coat to protect my nails from staining and finished off with a matte top coat. I'm really loving the matte topcoats at the moment, something different without spending hours doing your nails.

After the base coat dried I did two coats of the Lucky in lilac and waited about 10/15 Min's and then put the matte top coat on.

I really can not give a review on nail polishes simply because it just doesn't last more then 2/3 days on me. As a hairdresser my hand are always in and out of water and the polish just doesn't last. :(

A is for Aveda- I love love love Aveda "Control Force" hair spray. I really cannot say a bad thing about it. It holds your hair like no other hairspray. If you just looking for a light hold or a strong hold this is the spray to have. The product is designed so you can "layer" it, for example if you like a light hold you only need to use a little but  for a stronger one all you do is wait a few seconds for the first layer to dry and then spray away again! my hair is quite fine and it doesn't weigh my hair down. Its also carbon neural so your helping the world and looking fab to!

Falling in love with Taj Mahal.......

It was love at first sight..........

I fell head over heals...........

I thought I would never have you........

This is how I felt when I first seen NARS Taj Mahal. A beautiful, amazing, breathe taking blush. Call me crazy but when I seen this burnt orange blush I had to have it, so I enlisted the help of my ever so helpful boyfriend. At €30 it was a big invest so I decide to ask him for it for Christmas and he actually got it, well done sir.

It is very pigmented and has pretty gold shimmer though out it. You only need a little bit for a day look and then you can built it up for a evening look or a more dramatic look.

My NYX romance turned sour........

20% off all products! 20%. I couldn't help myself as I looked at with NYX website. So excited, I thought about "what I needed" really NEEDED. I settled on three blushers and a 10pecie lip gloss set i had been eyeing up for a while.

 Two cream, one powered! the cream ones are in CB09-Orange and CB08-Hot pink, both beautifully pigmented and creamy, they are on my hand now were i swatched them and they are non-dry and blend fabulously!! the power blush is beautiful to, its in PB08 cinnamon, it a beautiful Orange colour! Orange is my new obsession!

 Then I got to my lip gloss set, 10 of them for €12 , cant go wrong for that price, can you?? don't get me wrong, i love NYX, have for about 2 years now! and every time I order from them I'm truly happy, total happy. but this time? no love for the lip glosses, they have no labels, not even a colour sticker at the bottom, they look cheap, really really cheap and I know for €12 I shouldn't really be giving out about the packaging but then i opened them! They are like water dripping out onto my hand, SO disappointing! It was like getting to the end of a lovely cup of tea and finding the milk has gone sour.

 My advise? Do order from NYX but stay away from these lip gloss sets! there are two on their website. I might give them to my 4 year old to use on her dolls, because i wont be using them on my lips.
